Position Description:
The Vehicle Safety Administrator will work with the Risk Management, Compliance, and Superintendent department to oversee the company’s fleet camera systems, analyzing footage, ensuring adherence to vehicle use policies, and collaborating with management to improve driver performance. This role is essential for maintaining fleet safety standards and mitigating risks associated with vehicle operations.

Position Description:
The Vehicle Safety Administrator will work with the Risk Management, Compliance, and Superintendent department to oversee the company’s fleet camera systems, analyzing footage, ensuring adherence to vehicle use policies, and collaborating with management to improve driver performance. This role is essential for maintaining fleet safety standards and mitigating risks associated with vehicle operations.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Manage and analyze the information from our vehicle fleet’s on-board camera footage
- Provide oversight into the functional status of the fleet’s on-board cameras
- Document camera events and work with Managers and/or Superintendents to provide coaching directions to employees who are identified as needing such coaching.
- Follow up with Managers and/or Superintendents on the status of such coaching and document such.
- Work with Risk Management and Compliance to identify employees who are continually non-compliant with our vehicle use agreement
- 1+ year(s) of internship/work experience
- Experience in fleet safety, compliance monitoring, or a similar role is a plus, but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word and Excel a must)
- Experience with on-board camera technologies
- Leading Electrical Contracting Organization in New York City
