Division: Recruiting & Onboarding

Position Description: 

We are seeking a motivated college intern to support our recruiting & onboarding efforts. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, and human resources processes within a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic students pursuing degrees in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Assist in creating and posting job descriptions
  • Help manage and update job postings
  • Support registration and coordination for career fairs
  • Review resumes and assist with candidate screening processes when needed
  • Schedule interviews with the hiring managers
  • Assist with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) & HRIS database
  • Assist with coordinating reference checks for potential hires
  • Support onboarding activities, including preparing new hire packets, running background checks, etc.
  • Help organize new hire orientations when needed
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to employee onboarding and offboarding
Qualifications: 
  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications majors preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and contribute solutions

Salary: $20/hour
