Position Summary:
Oversees the contractor prequalification process to ensure the organization satisfies client, owner, and general contractor requirements for project bidding and eligibility. Maintains and verifies that all company and subcontractor documentation is current, accurate, and complete, demonstrating compliance with technical, financial, safety, and insurance standards.

Responsibilities:
- Documentation management: collect, organize, update and store prequal documents (licenses, W-9s, bonds, insurance certificates, financial statements, safety records, company profile, references, key personnel resumes)
- Prequalification submissions: complete and submit client or owner prequalification forms (online portals, PDFs, email) accurately and on time
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and record-keeping skills
- Independent time management
- Ability to meet multiple, concurrent deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate with internal teams, brokers, sureties, and clients
- Excel competency and comfort with databases; experience with automated workflows a plus
- Background in construction administration, procurement, compliance, or contract management preferred
